I just recently bought the Recusant Cage cosmetic for the zealot from the cosmetic shop. I assumed that my character’s actual appearance wouldn’t change while wearing it but it makes my zealot bald which looks really ugly, this would be fine if i was able to see what a cosmetic would look like on my character before buying it but that for some reason isn’t a function. I cant help but feel like i got cheated out of money when i had no way to tell what a cosmetic would look like on my character until i bought it

You deserve a refund Imo. Same with everyone that bought clipping or cosmetics that change your base model. Could have been solved by just giving you a preview, but that might have made you not buy that helmet.
This is exactly why there isn’t a preview option. You probably wouldn’t have bought it if you could see it on your character.
