Multiple Input and Audio Issues with Force Staves

Issue Description:
There are multiple issues which seem both disconnected and intrinsically tied together.
1: sometimes the game either saves up and re-queues old directional inputs for later, OR its just randomly shooting out directional inputs so i can be trying to stand still and i’ll slowly jitter away. This generally happens when trying to do…:
2: Right then left clicking the mouse which the staffs and flamethrower want you to do, causes it to immediately stop doing both inputs.
3: the electric staff seems exceptionally prone to this, and when either of the above issues happen it causes the SFX from the staff to freak out and spew louder and louder noise over the course of like half a second even while refusing to fire the staff
for a while Nvidia Reflex Low Latency Enabled + Boost seemed to fix these (possibly the same possibly different) issue(s)

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Equip a staff, Rifthaven Mk II Purgatus or Equinox Mk IV Voidstrike preferred because its more obvious there. (Flamethrower might also do this, but I do not currently have one)
  2. Right click to charge and left click to fire the aforementioned weapons (more enemies in the area on screen or not seems to increase the chances of a misfire but for the Rifthaven Mk II Purgatus the Meatgrinder is more than suitable.
  3. Weapon refuses to fire long enough to hit enemies, instead building up Peril without damaging anything. On the Rifthaven Mk II Purgatus staff this is particularly egregious as just spamming left clicks would have struck enemies and the animations for either firing mode makes it seem like something should have happened even if only briefly. (Also on the Rifthaven Mk II Purgatus staff it can damage a single enemy during the Right+Left click animation while touching said enemy’s model). With the Equinox Mk IV Voidstrike staff the firing animation doesn’t actually go off.

4 (Optional): Get downed while the aforementioned bug is happening, upon being lifted back up explode immediately from peril somehow??
