Mouse sensitivity dependent on FoV

Issue Description:

With a set value of mouse sensitivity, the sensitivity itself change when you change the FoV (mouse sensitivity value in the “input” option doesn’t change).

Shouldn’t the mouse sensitivity NOT being dependant on the FoV.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Set your prefered sensitivity value and prefered FoV and measure how many 360° turn you can make per x centimeters/inches.

  2. without changing the mouse sensitivity value, change your FoV, and re-measures how many 360° turn you can make.

With a set mouse sensitivity, Higher FoV will make the “sensitivity” higher and vice-versa with lower FoV it will make the “sensitivity” lower instead of being constant → FoV shouldn’t influence mouse sensitivity.

For exemple i used my mousepad as reference.
I always make it so in any game that i make 4.5 360° turns with a full swing over my mousepad (acceleration off) to get the same sensitivity in everygame.

With the default FoV i have set my sensitivity to 0.5 to make it 4.5 360° turns.

I set up the FoV to my prefered 79/111 (vertical/horizontal) (i usually put either 80 or 110 on other games).

Then i noticed that the sensitivity is higher (the value in input still at 0.5), i test my method and with a full swing over my mousepad i’m making 5.75 360° turns instead of 4.5.
I have to readjust the sensitivity to 0.4 to get my 4.5 360° turns for a swing over my mousepad.
