“more voices” however is much more work to create than those skins they’re selling. You need to find voice actors and record them, and then integrate their lines with the existing ones, so your team’s banter makes sense.
That’s way more than building a new model if there are markedly different skins, and then the simple recoloring of an existing model is the easiest option
However, the most audacious thing here is not letting customers buy what they want as if a texture is out of stock. I hope such brazen anti-conpetitive, anti-customers tactics get outlawed.

I’d settle for uniforms that aren’t lazy reskins, and don’t look like they were salvaged from Nurgle’s cavernous, echo-y netherholes, as a start.
Not asking for everything to be made by Gucci, but a baseline of not-ašs seems reasonable if they’re charging such exorbitant fees.
