I’ve tried to look into this for you, but I cannot locate a Darktide account by the name of asaroce27. No results were returned for searching an Xbox account by this name, either. Is your account name perhaps spelled a little differently? I could also try looking it up using a Fatshark Friend Code, or perhaps a unique operative name.
I’m sorry. I meant to type out asaroce7 instead of 27.

I have the same problem. On my account - I Willenbrock I
I purchased 4500 aquilas and they dont appear in my account.
I Also get the ingame massage that the dlc was purchased.
Microsoft support made it clear that the purchase is complete.
The support asked me to contact you regarding the matter.
This should now be resolved and the Aquilas will be added to your account the next time you log in.
