Aquilas not in account - xbox

Issue Description (Required):

I have the same problem as others. On my account - I Willenbrock I
I purchased 4500 aquilas and they dont appear in my account.
I Also get the ingame massage that the dlc was purchased.
Microsoft support made it clear that the purchase is complete.
The support asked me to contact you regarding the matter.
