I’ve seen a few posts on this but never saw an answer/fix for this. I purchased 1000 aquilas and they never redeemed into my account. I restarted the game and got the “New DLC Installed” basically saying they were added to my account, but a few seconds later I would get an error that said something about being unable to redeem aquilas. I then went and purchased the 2100 aquilas pack but the same thing happened. I tried to see if I could get a refund from Microsoft but it seems most in-game currencies are non-refundable. Does anyone know if this is a well known and constant problem, and if theres a fix?

I recently purchased the Imperial Edition Content DLC as well as 7000 Aquilas. These aquilas have not been allocated to my account, nor has the contents of the IE DLC. Whenever I start up the game, I receive messages awarding me for my purchases of said products

Tried buying another 4500 aquilas through the in-game option with the commodore, stuck at communicating with fatshark servers for a good minute, then it ended and I received no aquilas.

I made an account for the forums to report this same issue. But I don’t know how. Been buying aquilas for awhile and never had this issue until now.

I bought 1000 aquilas and they have not shown up. I have purchased aquilas before and never had this happen.
I get a pop up about “New dlc installed” which I have never seen. I already own Darktide as well. I have seen that all of this is a pretty common issue.

But what do I do ? Can I have some assistance or advice. Luckily it was only 4.49 or something the 1000 aquilas bundle. But still it’s money and I would like what I paid for.

I just had this problem as well on console. Hopefully it’ll be resolved soon. Apparently a lot of people have experienced or are currently experiencing the same issue where Aquilas are purchased but not sent to the account.

Purchased a cosmetic DLC-pack + some Aguilas last night. I got the pop-up about the purchase in-game but never recieved the products. The servers had been laggy, so I decided to log out. Logged in this morning and the pop-ups appear again once I log on my character, yet still no Aguilas or the cosmetic items. I play through Xbox Game Pass on PC.
