My aquilas do not appear

Hello, yesterday I bought the game darktide in the xbox store and 2000 aquilas, the game works perfecly but I don’t have my aquilas, I would like some help with my problem please, thank you very much.

(One of the image shows the purchase was made and the other show proof that I have 0 aquilas )

Sorry to hear this. I can see a number of purchases are stuck in an ‘Unresolved’ state, would you be able to DM me your proof of purchase please?

I’ve removed the screenshots to avoid any risk of personal data being exposed.

Would you be able to reach out to Microsoft Support and explain the issue to them, please?

We don’t have much visibility of monetary purchases and can only see basic information in our backend, whereas Microsoft Support will be best equipped to look in to this.
