Sorry to hear this - I can’t see any attempted purchases since May. Are you perhaps logged in to separate accounts on both the Xbox App and Microsoft Store app?
I did make a purchase on May 26 but I also made an another purchase on June 24 does it not show on you’re in? And it’s not a different account because my email matches my gamer tag.

They process all monetary transactions and will be best equipped to help in this scenario.
