I believe the change to weapon drop acquisition from Emperor’s Gift had a small hotfix that guaranteed a weapon with a high base rating would always roll T3 or higher, but I might be misremembering.
I hate to just drop that and not dig through the patch notes but I’m in-between class times and about to head back.
I want to say it’s probably weapons that are 350 or higher, but I have no evidence to support that.
