I reinstalled the game today after not playing for a while and it put me back into the prologue with all of my characters gone; is there a way to restore my progress?

I’ve checked the account Wic76#8926 (Steam ID: 76561198065787533), and it appears to have been first created on Tue 30 Jun 2026 20:36:18 UTC, with no progression e.g. no operatives, no past deleted operatives, no currency, no mission completions etc.

Is it possible that you played previously on a different account?
