Recently wanted to come back to the game. In the time I wasn’t playing I bought a new computer. How do I access my old characters? Id like to get them back… Any answers? or do I have to restart?

Just install and they will be there 
they’re saved on FS servers so you can reinstall anytime.

As mentioned above, progress is stored on our servers. You may be prompted to re-run the prologue but your progress will be restored thereafter.
