Account lost all progress

after a few months of not playing, a few friends of mine decided to get the game so i was going to hop on and play with them and help them get started. after logging in i noticed that all of my account progress was reset and all of my items were gone. i had all the characters At around level 20 and most of them had decent gear.

i have no idea how to recreate the bug, or if its even a bug. i just want my progress back.

If you lost your character levels too (not just items) then it’s a different issue, however.
