Long launch times

For the last 4 to 5 months, Darktide has been very slow to start. On average it takes 68 seconds to start the launcher and another 48 seconds to start the game proper.
Once in-game it is fine, good fps, ping, etc. I’ve reinstalled Darktide, my OS, all drivers, steam, anything I can think of. Still, it takes 2+ min for the game to start.
No other program on my computer has this issue.

Basic spec:
Ryzen 5600x
NVME install
RTX 3070
All up to date

If you haven’t already, please could you try changing your DNS?:

I did a DNS-change and there seems to be no difference.
