i haven’t been able to get into the game since the beta. i’ve been trying to do anything i can in order to fix it and hoping that an update would fix it eventually since i loved the game in the beta but i haven’t been able to play it since.
every time i get to class selection i load for an incredibly long time and it either crashes or it boots me back to class selection

Issue Description:
After I updated to update 15 last night, everything worked fine.
But ever since this morning, I’ve had astronomical loading times after selecting an operator and attempting to join a mission. The loading times are so long that, I never manage to join a mission before it times out. There are no error messages and no crashes.
Darktide is downloaded onto my SSD and has never had loading issues prior to Patch 15.
I’ve tried the following to solve this issue (none of which had any effect):
I’ve verified the integrity of my files, it said one was unable to be verified and will be reacquired.
I’ve deleted and disabled all mods.
I’ve updated to the newest Nvidia Driver for my RTX 3060.
I’ve changed my DNS to 1.1.1.1 as advised, it made no difference.

I’ve reinstalled the game, reset the app data, made sure security and fire wall don’t conflict, check updates on everything (GPU, videocard, drivers, etc), verified filed integrity, etc.
Game is straight up busted or your servers are under strain after the last patch, but either way this is far from ideal. I’ve already spent upwards of 4+ hours trying to fix the game.
different DNS absolutely does not fix the issue, please fix this ASAP!!! the infinite loading after a mission forcing an alt f4 and restart is complete BS.
Title screen “Processing Inquisitorial Clearance” loads infinitly
Lauching game from steam, after I skipped the cinematic by pressing spacebar, I am stuck infinitly on the title screen (where it is displayed “Processing Inquisitorial Clearance”). The screen is not frozen, as the loading logo on the bottom right keeps spinning and animations occur.
Things I have done so far to try to fix this :
Reboot PC
Repair game with steam
Uninstall and install again
Clear AppData FatShark repository
Changing DNS for 1.1.1.1 1.0.0.1
Changing DNS for Google DNS
I have played an entire evening before this bug occured and the game played flawlessly.

I think the problem comes with the following log :
20:27:04.213 [Lua] INFO [GRPCManager] gRPC channel state changed to CONNECTING from IDLE
→ This log remains the last in the file until I shutdown Darktide (alt+F4 or task manager)
Please help me fix this so I can enjoy this fantastic game with my friends

It is working now, it appeared to be a problem linked to either the french servers or my internet provider. I tried by connecting to a French VPN server and it worked.
Issue Description:
I’m coming back to the game after last having played in June or July and have found myself unable to get past the main menu due to the listed message. I didn’t have that issue when I played prior and the only variables I can think of that’s changed is firstly that I moved my setup further from the router which has made my speed a bit worse, although this hasn’t been a problem for any other game thus far and secondly that I changed ISP, although that again hasn’t caused any issues to my knowledge.

I recently had my Series X sent off for repair due to overheating. I loaded Darktide on my Series S to play until I got it back.
The Series X got back today, but Darktide wont login. I get stuck on Inquisition clearance, so i delete my saved data. I then get stuck on Position in Queue: 1.
I plug my Series S in and log in right away with no issues.
All network settings are the same across both systems and i did try setting the DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1. I’ve even deleted and reinstalled the game.
All network and multi-player tests run from the console show no issues. Is there anything else i can do?
hey so im having problems with my darktide being slow and unresponsive at times even just keeping my screen blackend out whilest my team gets a full view of the entire map and i dont see anyhting, this was not allways the chase as when i first started playing i was able to smoothly play it for months before i finaly stopt and now that i am back it has a lot of problems for me, anybody got a fix for it?
