Launcher doesn't open through Steam

I’ve been getting an Exception Occurred! error message every time I try to launch the game through steam.

Our Launcher Developer is aware of this issue but, unfortunately, we’ve yet to pin down why exactly this occurs.

Could you try running through the solutions listed here, please?:

I have gone through all the steps there except Disable Background Applications. I don’t use any overlays or plugins for gaming so I was saving the selective startup for last.

Sorry to hear that. Other than waiting on our Launcher Developer for solutions (and I’m not sure when that will be, admittedly), I’m happy to assist with a refund if you would prefer.

I should also mention that we’ll be unavailable until the 2nd of January from here on out due to the New Year.

Thank you so much for the help so far. I’m content to wait for a solution for the launcher as I very much want to play this game. I’ll just content myself in Vermintide until we hear something back.
