I purchased the imperial edition content earlier today and it gives me a in game alert saying it was added but the items and Aquilas don’t actually get added to my characters or account and every time I load into the game it gives me the alert the items were added I tried restarting the game and my console several times but nothing worked

Welcome aquila bundle purchase not reflected ingame. Purchased thru xbox store on PC Gamepass. Restarted game and played mission, no update. Purchased aquilas after and that worked, but still no 4000 from welcome bundle. Gives notification that welcome bundle is installed multiple times ingame.

Bought the skitarii deluxe bundle, I have received non of the items besides the skitarii class itself, and keep getting the pop us for the bundle saying “New DLC installed” every time I join or return to the morning star. (I have tried restarting both game and console, join of a different character then quiting and join back too skitarii, and uninstalling the game and reinstalling, I’ve probably tried a lot more but I’ve been at it for so long I’ve forgotten"

We’ve now implemented a fix. Upon launching/restarting Darktide this should trigger any DLC and/or Aquilas purchases to now be processed and granted.
If a purchase is still missing, please try restarting Darktide a further time. There also may be a short delay in purchases being granted after logging in.
