@Maxheadroom , I agree. The contract system is totally broken atm, and most ppl just ignore it, since it’s a pointless, bugridden chore. First of all, if there’s a reroll cap, why there’s no indication, or prompt on that ingame. And in addition to that, most of the time the reroll gets stuck after the 1st or 2nd reroll anyways. Not to mention all the constant progression stuck.

I’ve noticed this happening to me sometimes as well, only if I re-roll 3-4 times in a row, it then seems to get stuck on the 3rd or 4th attempt.
So say I have two missions I don’t like and I try to re-roll both of them, at times it seems like there’s an artificial limit on how many times you can re-roll, no matter how much money you have. It just seems to get stuck after a certain amount of attempts.
Anecdotally, it always seems to happen on the Scripture missions. (memory isn’t 100% but I do remember it not letting me re-roll scripture missions specifically, after a few attempts)
Why would there be a cap?
First of all if there is no information on cap for re-rrols & it clearly says the next reroll costs 7.500 or more… &* in beta it was blocking itself at 10.000 then it’s a bug not a feature & dont screw with us… next thing that was scraped probably from the list of things “to do” as you simply can’t do it or dont want to as there is so much more things to “do”.
If the information is nowhere to be found & is misleading then it’s a bug on your side that you dont know how to repair or dont care to repair or dont want to repair!!
… dont you think you deserve all the harsh scores on steam? it’s your own fault for delivering game that is not finished & you don’t have manpower to finish it asap.
Today new missions arrived … damn had fev bad ones & rerolled 2 … then i saw mission to kill 1000 scabs with range on my ogryn & was nah I dont want to grind low level missions for this… & reroled it… got complet 6 secondaries… was instantly like nope not happening & clicked rerrol… but this shity interface thinked i rerolled 1st mision up the list… that i liked… & now I have complete 25 mission & 6 missions on the complex map 
Not only the system is bad as it dont remember the thing that you selected… yeah mainly It was my fault for thinking it will be like that… in game in 2023… my mistake for thinking it would be that way…
…& now can’t reroll as it cost 7500 & yes as for all of us it is not re-rolling anymore.[& I got lot of docets to spare on rerolls]
Kindly maybe repair it as it is bug that is from the start of the game & even from before release game access…

I have the same bug on my lvl 30 Zealot, can’t re-roll a 25 mission contract that’s 1/3 done.

Restarting the game and changing operatives did not resolve the issue. 
Update after this afternoon, finally let me reset the quest. Omnissiah be praised.
I am currently suffering from this issue. A few restarts later and it persists day after day.
Edit to add after the contracts reset today, I was able to rest 3 separate contracts, however, once the price reached 7500 to replace, it will no longer allow me to change it. That was the same price when it stopped working previously.
Just a heads up, I’m having this issue now on my level 30 Preacher, so it’s still a thing, I think.
I’m experiencing this today on my level 30 Veteran.
Still happening; experienced on all 4 characters without fail. This is beyond a joke.

update on the weekly contract bug,
it seems when any character reached lvl 30 the maximum roll chance they get is 4 times
because before my psyker reached lvl 30 , can roll 6+
will try to make another character to check this
I’m confused about this issue. What’s the intended behavior? Are you supposed to be able to refresh 4+ times, and the bug is that it doesn’t let you? Or is the bug that the UI indicates that you can (for 7500 ordos) but actually you’re not supposed to be able to?
As others have indicated, prior to level 30, you are in fact able to refresh 4+ times, with the ordo cost incrementing each time. But at 30, the 7500 ordo refresh simply doesn’t work.
