Silent maulers and ragers. No backstab noises. Poxbursters directional audio making them sound much farther away.

Please, for the love of god, fix these issues and don’t let them COME BACK in the NEXT PATCH.

Yeah have noticed this as well

reason behind this is hordes are prioritized over specialist and elite sounds. which they shouldn’t

The only thing I have been experiencing is a break in audio, a hard rip that last for half a second then desperately tries to re-connect. Kind of like an old AUX cord in your 1999 accord that you have to wiggle until you get your NOW “THATS WHAT I CALL MUSIC” CD to work.

Jokes aside, the audio has never been to the extreme of failing to recognize a special or que.

I think it was that the audio completely bugged out, but it could be that the elevator messed up the audio in some way.

pretty sure this happens everytime in this map…insane

The more bug reports we have for this versus comments saying it is bad helps a lot! I agree, it’s not good!! The more reports we have, the more we can narrow down on the issue and contextualize it. Thank you in advance!! :pray:

Thanks for the megathread, if I have any more problems I’ll record it and upload it here. Let’s squash this bug once and for all!

There are times where there are two maulers behind you and you dont know they exist until they destroy your health. Also I hate when you dont know a trapper exists until they shoot the net and its always conveniently when fire is thrown and you get destroyed. I have seen things regarding one of the trapper spawn sounds being particularly quiet and its coded that way so sometimes they spawn in but amidst every other sound you cant hear it but i think thats a separate problem to silent trappers. Silent enemies have also been a problem for a very long time. The sound in general in this game needs fixed because often times it breaks particularly when say dogs or poxbursters are spawning in and it always happens on archivum sycorax towards the end of the map when youre going down the sets of stairs. Idk what it is about that map but its particularly bad and people always get knocked off the map and die going down stairs.

FIX YOUR SERVERS & QUIT PLAYING AROUND. WE WANT TO LIKE YOUR GAME BUT TODAY WAS THE FIRST TIME I LOGGED OFF BECAUSE I COULDNT TAKE ANYMORE FRUSTRATIONS FROM THE SERVERS.

desynced enemies, silent enemies (again), crashing… oh wait, now it actually doesn’t reconnect you and says can’t connect… everytime Ogryn shoots a rumbler I lose frames now (that’s new too). Box Grenades (been known issue)

Auric is literally unplayable right now. Go read your games Reddit page. A lot of negatives.

I feel disgusting supporting you guys buying new drip… like please fix your system.

But instead we’re gonna get 6 new updates to an already filled to the brim game… cool.

Play Rolling Steel on Auric, watch as Trappers, Hounds, Mutants and basically everyone make absolutely no sound at all

If a mutant is behind me it makes sooooo little noise and this is literally everytine a mutant is behind me. It sounds really far away then i get grabbed…very annoying

In this video you can clearly see the issue. The Spidey Sense mod which visualizes enemies’ sound cues was showing a trapper (red indicator) even though her spawning and running sound cues had failed to play and the specialist was only audible during the net shot. It happens with other specialists as well.
