We are aware of and looking in to an issue where some players are not receiving rewards/XP and being able to progress as expected.

Upload Console Log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ā€˜OKā€™
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
  5. Upload here

Issue Description:
After finishing a mission i get thrown straight back to the player hub. no exp. stuck at lvl1 forever. already happened in closed beta before.

Issue Description: Not receiving any rewards and experience after finishing a mission

Steps to Reproduce:

After finishing a mission, I get disconnected from strike team, and sometimes end-up in character selection. Iā€™m not getting any rewards after mission, including EXP. Iā€™m still lvl1 despite finishing 3 missions.

Issue Description:
Stuck at level 1, No XP receive after completing the mission. (Solo or Party)

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to the game and select operative
  2. Select a mission in the Mission Terminal
  3. Completing the mission and seeing an ending cutscene
  4. No mission reward or progress bar for the XP. (It seems Iā€™m automatically leaving the strike team)
  5. Getting thrown into the hub. (Gold is received but no XP or reward)

Note: I have tried reinstalling the game/ creating a new operative/ restarting the game but none of them works. My internet works fine.

is it just me or anyone of you not gaining experience? I played 10 games already and im still level 1 i dont know why

I have exactly same problem on both my characters. I leveled once, when wiped on mission. The score/summary screen stayed and Iā€™ve jumped from level 1 to level 4 (did run around 4 missions before with no exp at all)

Also noticed game shows me stuff in armory from level above mine, but it might be that I canā€™t see my current level but somehow itā€™s stored somewhere. No idea.

Issue Description:
As the title says, I get kicked out of the reward screen and fireteam squad after finishing a mission. Nothing in throughout the match is faulty or laggy in any way, but the reward screen just doesnā€™t last a second to kicking me out. Itā€™s the same bug from the closed beta test. This doesnā€™t happen with everyone.

Im starting to get the feeling this is account related or something. Its either new people having the problem or the same poor saps that didnt get any progress during the beta.

Same thing here, played 3 missions already still level 1, never seen the reward screen.
Had the same bug in the previous betaā€¦ So never in this game have I seen what lies beneath level 1 :frowning:

The only thing we can only hope is something will trigger the exp screen phase and we got all the exp we didnt get before.
happen one time on my zealot, spiked from lvl 2 ------> 14

Made a new operative - same issue occurs. Not tied to character, then.
