Rewards
I have completed multiple havoc assignment level 40 missions this week with psyker. After todayās reset, I logged in and claimed the reward with my Zealot. The reward stated that I only completed level 17 (this is possible with the zealot, as I do not play it often). My current assignment rank still shows as 40. Logging in with the Psyker doesnāt provide any additional reward (as expected since itās shared across characters.
Complete at week with a high rank. Log in and collect the havoc reward with a character that didnāt get as high.

My buddy and I got to Havoc 10 yesterday and logged in today to accept our rewards and start grinding out the achievements again just to be told that we donāt get anything out of slowly leveling up our levels. The actually button for the rewards is shiny as if we could click it and get our hard earned materials, just for nothing to actually happen.

I did a complete mission like 2 days ago, since i donāt want to lose track on the penance were i need to open 20 havoc rewards. And when i opened the game to get the reward i got nothing, and the mission didnāt got registered, i think it was a lvl 10 or some, i havenāt been playing a lot since my roller ābrokeā, so im basically playing with one hand and the other is holding the usb-c charger.

I didnāt get the weekly mission reward chest from last week (first time played)
I did my first week Havoc mission difficulty 18 and after a week it didnāt recognized the highest Havoc mission i did in group. It said highest rank this week: 0

Canāt take weekly reward chest from true death missions. At least i got āTrue surviorā title on that week, but in game was written that i have 0 level permission.
We are playing with friend and he has same problem with that.

Same here. I did a level 23 and a level 35 last week. Did not receive a reward chest after the reset due to the bug where my highest level completed was shown as ā0ā last week. My assignment this week is correct, though (35).

Completed Havoc (16) last week, didnāt bother going higher since it kept saying 0 completed ( I am sure this is related to the bug). Didnāt get a cache reword, didnāt move the penance up (for 20 weeks worth of caches).
Just not sure if weāre able to retroactively get the cache or not.

Same here, although Iāve got double reward last week:
one on 30th and other on 31st of December.
So itās either a fix, or we got New Years gift which we had to pay for this weekā¦
same, when I went to Dukane yesterday I got rewards for lvl 20 though I had beaten a 22 (in game rank was shown correctly) after the reset Iām 22.

I have completed multiple havoc assignments this week with the highest being level 20, during the week I saw no updates to my havoc reward cache, but assumed it was because it was because I wasnāt hosting. Yesterday i hosted one after which it didnāt update again, but I assumed it was because it was Sunday and it would update end of evening or something. But I got 0 rewards, while my current assignment rank did jump to 20 from 16 last week after completing. I only have this 1 character, so no issue there I think.

starting last week in havoc completing an assignment did not check the box or update my current highest completion which remained unchecked. i checked online and saw there were all sorts of issues with havoc. so i pressed on thinking it would be alright and i would get my reward chest. i went from clearance level 16 to 20 but again it didnt show.
now on monday my clearance is 20 but i didnāt get a reward chest. i havent played another havoc to see if it actually checks the box for a completed assignment yet.

Completed a Havoc 40 last week, and while my rank updated to 40 this week, I did not get any rewards. Iām on steam. I havenāt had this happen before; previously I got my rewards.
Iāve been informed that this should now be resolved, keep us posted.

I have some unfortunate news. Iāll rip the band-aid off and say we cannot retroactively unlock rewards for those who have lost out on them.
For the sake of transparency, doing so would involve a risk that weāre not comfortable taking.
From here on out, you should receive your rewards as expected however.
