try using static IP. It helped.

Hello, Fatshark. Any updates on 3001? Maybe additional information required? Still unable to play since 9th Feb.

@FatsharkJulia Any update on adressing error 3001 and 9999? Unable to join Mourningstar and 2/3 of matches. There was month since i filed above request and still didn’t saw any communications from your “support” (Hell, even Dell support works faster).

I understand it’s slow and irritating but I can only pass on the information I receive. :frowning:

I have nothing solid on this yet unfortunately. We can look at some experimental workarounds if you’re willing to?

Thanks, but i have no interest in the product if i need to perform shamanic mumbo-jumbo workarounds, instead of having clear solution.

Judging by my observations, since i able to play in roughly 30-40% of the time with same IP address, your side have problems with either server perfomance or connectivity. Considering developers still did not replied on this issue with anything sane, i see how Darktide managed to lose 90% of it’s playerbase and dive down to mixed reviews on Steam.

I just had to create an account to post here as this bug is going to make me completely insane.
Currently it becomes almost impossible for me to even play the game because error 3001 is getting completely out of hand. Sometimes it takes me 6-7 tries to load into hub and 5-6 tries after that to join the game.
It usually goes this way: error 3001, error 3001, error 9999, error 3001, error 4008, error 3001 and so on.
For the love of god and everything, at least provide a temporarily solution to this mess until it is fixed.
I do believe it became extremely annoying after the latest hotfix as I can’t recall having connection issues at all.

So nobody reads these or even pretends to care? I mean just look at my starting screen. Surely, it looks like fun, doesn’t it?

Having same issue, rapid errors 9999, 3001, 4008.
Game is nigh-unplayable.

I can not connect to the game server, even VPN does not help
Permanent disconnects from the game server due to an error code 3001, 4001, 9999

An update - the issue is still very much present. Some times, by some damn miracle, i am able to log in and play, but most of the days it is unending barrage of error 9999, 3001, 4008.
Is there literally no solution, FatShark?

@FatsharkJulia Yet another attempt to remind about this issue. Constant barrage of errors 3001, 9999, 4008, 4005. Able to play in 5-10% of my login attempts.

Can we have an update on this issue from the devs? Or they decided to put this on low priority and throw it on “meh, maybe later” pile?

Made an account to say that I’ve been unable to log in to any of my characters for over a week now. Finally gonna quit playing over this one.

Issue Description:
Can not get to the hub. Mostly error 3001, with some error 1012. At one point got to the hub loading screen where chat was blowing up with people unable to load into the hub. It’s been going for at least 30 minutes. I don’t know how long before I showed up to the party.

Tried different characters. Tried restarting.

Update 5/15: It’s been 4 days. This is still happening. It’s not just me. When I get into the Mourningstar chat is full of people complaining (screenshots below).
