I had a game yesterday, did not have the issue.
Created new character and I can’t get into any game now.
Just bought this yesterday…
I read something about Intel Arcs? This is a bummer.
Playing today on the console (xbox series x) i had been playing free since it came out on game pass. I bought the game to keep and now i cant play it at all. Im getting error 2014. I can load into the main area aometimes and when i try to find a match it crashes finding it or soon after. Is it a problem with owning the game instead of the free version??
So, with the latest intel arc graphic update, the error disappeared.
It came back once I turned a graphic setting up, specifically the surface scattering.
Put it back where it was, and did not want to mess more with the graphic settings since it takes a lot to load.
Now the only thing that keeps happening is that after 1 or 2 missions, I try to do another one, and it goes to the loading screen and stays there forever (the planet loading screen) right after everyone clicks ready for the mission to begin.
It’s a lot of wasted time…
FYI:
I have had the same issue… error 2014 nearly every time…
UPnP was enabled… but… i didnt saw any Ports used by the game (you can check that on the pfsense…)
so i created some NAT Roules for the Gameports…
TCP: 27015, 27036
UDP: 27015, 27031-27036
and… well… that fixed it for me…
maybe the UPnP in the game is kinda broken?
now i still have Crash to desktop when rejoining the game (or sometimes start an game)

This is an issue with French (and other) 4G providers unfortunately. The ‘Free’ ISP is also impacted.
We are looking in to this, but I apologise I have no immediate solution, other than changing network which I understand isn’t an option!
I’m happy to help with a refund should you rather take that option.
I have the same problem here since today ; i can’t log in the mourningstar or in a party more than 30 seconds without having a 2014 code error.

I have the exact same problem. I’m in the U.S. and I have Xfinity cable. This isn’t a French or 4g problem.
Bonjour, j’ai résolu le problème, j’ai utilisé un vpn ghostvpn que j’ai connecter au réseau anglais BBC iplayer avec un protocole de connection : IKEv2. Depuis plus de deco, plus de message d’erreur ou très rarement. En espérant que ça vous soit utile.

I am also noticing (via other platforms) an increase in reports of this error from our Russian players, since yesterday.
Si les erreurs se produisent partout dans le monde, je crois qu’on peut dire que c’est pas spécialement français. Les erreur en 4G sont pratiquement systématique et dans le temps constante, il pourrai certainement se produire la même chose sur les réseaux filaire a plus faible intensité. Si ils insistent a se connecter ils devraient y arriver. Qd j’étais en fibre j’avais quelque déco de temps en temps. Bon courage
I would like to request a refund, this doesnt have anything to do with French or 4g providers I’m in south Korea and Ive purchased and liked the game for about 30 hours now, had no issues with it but since recent update Ive been getting 2014 error nonstop and by the looks how fast you guys working on it Im good, i want my money back and I not going let this game cause any more headaches than it already has

Issue Description:
People are sliding, I am rubber banding, and enemies are floating/freezing then I get disconnected. I can play guild wars 2 fine, I can watch streaming tv fine. It’s just darktide that is really messed up for some reason.
