Sorry for the wait on an update over the holiday period. I’ve now caught up with our backend developers regarding their progress with this issue.

Stage 1 is now over the halfway completion mark.

Stage 2 is being partly combined with Stage 1 now, so we’re very hopeful for things to progress faster once we’re over this initial large data download/transferal task.
I’ll continue to check in with our backend developers and keep you all in the loop as things progress.
We appreciate this is taking a long time - unfortunately our plan B solution was the worst case and lengthier to complete outcome, but please rest assured we’re working to resolve this as quickly as we can, as a top priority.
