Seeing the same issue as everyone else…
load screen hit space to continue, time out backend error after a bit.
Tried:
- giving darktide.exe controlled folder access bypass.
- tried changing steam name to no spaces or other characters (just bushi).
- Tried vpn
- Tried doing a full file check in steam
- Delete config file, though I don’t have old beta bits.
No joy
The general lack of support response with things to try is kind of alarming but I guess strongly suggests it’s on their end.
Steam refund until it’s confirmed really fixed and not more paying beta testers guessing.

I looked through the logs, there is nothing obvious but attached anyway.
Since this has been persisted for some it seems since closed beta… i’m not optimistic. I will note that vermintide 1 and 2 run fine as does everything else in the verse.
