I just unlocked the Grail Knight challenge that awards the Karaz Gift illusion. However, I cannot apply it to my weapon. The “hold bar” charges up to max but the “skull shutter” doesn’t appear to complete it. Also, the illusion is unable to be previewed and does not appear in the weapon examiner.
Update: unequipping the weapon allowed the illusion and it can now also be seen in the examiner.
