Joining a game while a menu is open creates mouse jank

Issue Description (Required):

I was fiddling with the settings while queued up for quickplay and entered a loading screen while it was still open. When I joined in the game, the mouse cursor was still on screen and could escape the game window. There is no fix for this, you must restart the game.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Queue for Quickplay.
  2. Start joining a game.
  3. Open the settings menu.
  4. Enter loading screen.
  5. Bug is now active.

Constant (100%)

PC - Steam

yeah this bug is since release.
