Do you think this occurs after closing chat?
Uncertain, I just know it popped up immediately in the prologue and was an issue in the previous closed beta. I will try to do some testing, is there anything I should look into?

I also am encountering this issue, I have tried restarting the game, trying different windowed modes, I have tried opening both the launcher and game as Admin. still no change any answers or findings would be great.

Oh I just posted this too. This happens no matter the settings I’ve tried, it was also present in closed beta.

The text box doesn’t affect it at all, is there a way to enable hardware cursors?

PROBLEM: Mouse Cursor Appeared after typing in chat (occurred for me in the hub)
FIX: Open and close chat (double press enter)
Issue Description:
When game is launched, mouse cursor constantly appears in the middle of the screen. I’ve googled and tried fixes, such as opening and closing chat, to no avail. I did see that openeing chat and clicking in the space you type, unlock the mouse from being stuck in the middle of the screen, but it is still visible as you try to move around in the hub.

Is there any chance I could be pointed toward the image file for the mouse cursor? If I could replace it with a tiny dot or similar it would really help until a fix is pushed

This occurred for me when opening chat and then pressing backspace, which closes the chat but doesn’t remove the cursor. Opening chat and then closing that again by pressing escape or enter removes the cursor again.
Using backspace to exit chat lets the cursor move around but it’s a different issue, because whenever I press enter twice it just locks the cursor to the center, and it just glitches around the crosshair.
I would like to request a button, perhaps in the escape menu, to reload the mouse cursor (and thus fix the problem on demand.)
Mouse cursor [where there shouldn’t be one] is a problem for many games, and most require quit and restart to remove it. I am just out of a game like that myself.
I believe the problem for me was that I was in windowed borderless, I aimed hard to the right, and my cursor went into my other monitor. Usually that doesn’t happen in first person mode. For now, I’ll switch to full screen/normal instead of borderless.
