Matchmaking errors & Mouse visible when not in menus

Issue Description:
I am able to eventually connect to the server but when I go to matchmaking, it searches for a bit and then fails. Also, I have a dual-monitor set-up and when I went to alt-tab to my desktop, it wouldn’t work so I went to my second screen and clicked on “Show Desktop”. When coming back to the game and walking around the hub, my mouse was visibly moving between both screens.

All steps were provided in detail above, but I will say them again. I hope this helps!
Issue 1: Match Making Failure
1.Chose Mission (Quickplay and Specific Mission has been tried here)
2. Wait patiently for the lobby to set up.
3. After awhile it times out giving the message “Matchmaking Failure!”

Issue 2: Mouse Visible Outside Menus on Dual-Monitor

  1. Alt-Tab to bring up main screen desktop
  2. Only allows me to switch between Apps already open instead of just going to desktop
  3. Go to 2nd monitor’s taskbar and right-click
  4. Choose “show desktop”
  5. When done with desktop task, enter the game again
  6. Mouse is seen going between both monitors while running around the hub; the game is in Fullscreen and not Windowed

I would like to make a small update: I logged on again right after this post and immediately was able to find a match. So that is something we do not need to worry about!
