Is it possible to un-refund an item that was refunded a long time ago?

Hi, I purchased then refunded the Elysian cosmetics for Veteran a long time ago when they first released.
I’ve come to regret that decision and would like to get those cosmetics.

Is there any possibility of un-refunding?
Or do I have to wait for a chance for them to return again?

Commodore Hallowette already trolls buyers as it is, without having an open catalog style of purchasing options, we are stuck with fomo rotation, and un-refunding has hardly been heard of happening
