Unfortunately, the item set was purchased quite some time ago, back at the end of February. I’m afraid I won’t be able to refund these items outside of a 30 day window. Sorry for the disappointment…
I was not aware that there’s a time window.
Where would one find that information?
Legally the window is 14 days per the EULA and in compliance with UK/EU laws. Other jurisdictions in which the game is available it’s much shorter. The exceptions may be Canada and Mexico, I cba checking them.
I mean… Isnt it obvious? If people could refund anything without a time limit people could just play any game and when they get bored of it refund everything they bought and move on to scamming the next game they set their eyes on.
Kinda obvious that there would need to be one, sure. I worded it badly. I was never aware that the timelimit was 30 days, not that it exists at all.
It was more important to me, where one could find their refund policy for cosmetics.
