Hello,

Since I have received no answer regarding the unprompted change of the aesthetic of a helmet I bought beforehand (see thread here Status of the Deimos Mk VId Rebreather graphic bug), I would like to have this item refunded please, as it no longer have the apparence of what I bought it for.

It’s my understanding this is unintended, but my colleague handling this has been away. Knowing this, would you still prefer to have the item refunded?

If you can assure me this is unintended and worked on, then no, I can wait. If you’re unable to confirm it will come back to before, then yes, I would like a refund.

It is unintended, however, I’m unable to share an ETA as to when this will be addressed.

Coincidentally, I received an update about this half an hour ago. We’ll be patching this in the next couple of weeks. :slight_smile:
