I would like to see an option to choose your input and output device inside of the game.
As of now it’s the windows default that’s forced upon you which has been fine up until the point where I installed a noise gate.
Vermintide 2 does not recognize the chosen virtual device that the noise gate works through and now I can’t use voice chat.
Another option related to this is a slider for your input device volume. Now all we can change is the volume of other players voice but not how high our own is. Yes it can be changed in windows but it shouldn’t have to be and it does come with some drawbacks when you stream or record your gameplay.
And lastly as I’ve seen others write about, make it so we can see who is talking. Easiest is to have a speaker icon inside the players portrait when he or she speak.
