Inconsistent damage stats on lasguns

Issue Description:
The Lucius Helbore lasguns uses the Far (higher) value to calculate the damage numbers we can see in the Attack Breakdowns while the Infantry Lasguns uses the Near (lower) values making it difficult to compare weapons in game or even tricking players with false information.

Either always use the Far, Near, lowest or highest damage modifiers on all weapons for a more consistent user experience. Personally I would prefer them to use the highest values.

I believe this is intended, and dependant on which one the devs feel is more ‘relevant’ for the weapon.

Feel free to re-make this thread in Gameplay Feedback, however, unless there’s something I’m missing.
