Simple, might be a halfway decent solution till something better comes along.
As you buy an item it gets replaced with another, pulling from the current RNG pool.
Those with money can essentially reroll the shop.
Thoughts?

Or having one version of all types of items at all times in the shop, stats can still be random, with the ability to completely reroll the shop at a cost.

I have another idea for the armory, or more specifically crafting…allow us to customize and make templates of our weapons. I want a bayonet on my kantrael.
