It really is insane, I just absolutely love it, the recent buffs wasn’t really needed but they made this weapon incredible, just can not say enough on how much I love this.
All the time I was playing the game I wanted to use this weapon, but the lack of damage really pushed me away from it, and after the Class Overhaul I think it’s one of the best melee weapons for Ogryn.
It has everything I want from Ogryn, love it, thank you.
Also, I think it’s hilarious to look how shooters have to walk the entire battlefield to you just because they hit your Shield with “agro on block” talent on

Unfortunately it doesn’t force that talent with the shield, but yes when you do it right its pretty hilarious. Shotgunners just get mad and run at you with their feable melee equipped.

i kinda miss the pre nerf for bleeding with shield. that felt just right

To be honest, I have played pre nerf for bleed shield and now, but I did not really notice that much difference, especially because they buffed his first heavy(which is pretty much the only attack I use, it just that good)
