If we had more MTX based on actual minis we might (they? Do I count when I mainly read the novels and only have two unpainted kill teams and two painted primaris marines So far?)
They actually have a really good representation of the early and 2000s miniatures, lots going off artwork as well. Problem is more the clipping and desire to put asymmetrical armor on everything. And availability, obviously. Kinda hard to cobble together a theme outside of a set when you see nothing at a time.
