I’ve mentioned it elsewhere but not on this forum but I once had a coworker who would often misuse terms like this a lot. She would say something to the effect of “by the end of the month” when she really meant “around the end of the month” and since then I’ve run into with plenty of others too. Honestly, it’s worse when it’s the other way around, “Hey could you get this to me around the end of the month?” and then get mad when I don’t have it in “by the end” of the month.
I wonder if this might not be a case of that coworker’s inexact language striking again.

Idk what would be worse ; Fatsharks inabilty to follow through, or their bad use of lexicon.
Also wouldnt be their first time mistyping something.

Most of them being Swedish and not conversing here in their native tongue, I suppose there is some room for forgiveness, but it is still quite aggravating.
I don’t really think that’s a valid excuse. We do have a couple of community managers who can read the feedback from the forums and then put it in the format the devs can use, language or readability-wise.

I don’t think we should give poor lil Fatshark any forgiveness for being unable to hit a deadline, when they literally “won’t say anything, unless we’re sure its ready”
Bloody imbeciles they are.
Honestly, with how much of a disaster this game has been since pre-release, this ought to have been recorded for posterity. How not to run a game company, time lapsed.
