25% chance of not consuming a potion? Never worked once after a completed play through.
I’ve had it work.
It does work , ive had it proc 4 times in a row and have multiple friends who’ve had the same luck , looks like you’re just unlucky 
I don’t think any of them are working atm, Decanter doesn’t work either. A lot of stuff is bugged atm since the latest patch.
Well I switched off Home Brewer for the Health Regen trait but the bomb one is working fine for me. I was able to throw the same bomb to a boss 3 times yesterday
