Going Out With a Bang - Accomplished but No Credit

I didn’t receive credit for Going Out With a Bang while taking out 3 elites with a Peril’s of the Warp explosion. I noticed when I exploded my character did not do the normal head clutching animation before exploding, but just exploded after getting his last cast off. I was using the Nomanus Mk VI Surge Force Staff to trigger the Peril’s of the Warp.

Steps to Reproduce:
[Please add the steps that can help our QA department in reproducing the issue. For example:]

  1. Was playing on Chasm Terminus for the Assassination, on Malice difficulty
  2. Exploded myself with Perils of the Warp and killed 3 elites
  3. Did not receive credit for the penance

Same, exploded myself, got the kill for 3 Elites, but no penance

After days of frustration I also finally managed this just by chance.
I exploded and killed 2 ragers and a bulwark. Was screeching out of happines and got pretty frustrated again when I noticed that I didn’t get the penance.
This is bumming me out hard.
Escpecially since that’s the last hold for my psyker penance tier.
