Issue Description:
Penance description and requirement are not the same. Penance STATES “Blow up and kill 3 ELITES on Malice or harder”. Requires 3 SPECIALS to complete (99% impossible. Requires pure luck of spawns to complete. Only Gunners/Shotgunners/Bombers/Snipers have little enough health to be killed by the self-explosion. Realistically only Gunners and Shotgunners will ever be in THAT close proximity to complete this horrible penance).
Steps to Reproduce:
Select Psyker
Select any Malice difficulty mission
Attempt to find ANY 3-man cell of Gunners/Shotgunners/Mix of either
Get close enough and blow yourself up (if you can, while you’re being bounced around by CONSTANT knockback)
SOLUTION TO ISSUE Change internal requirement to actually be Elites as the Penance describes.

I got back from the devs that there’s actually no bug here and that the description is correct, this Penance is definitely done with Elites.
There seems to be confusion regarding what is an Elite and what is a Special, which is understandable as there’s no in-game way to tell them apart. Devs are looking into ways to make that information clearer in-game.
For now, though, I can give you the list of all enemies currently considered Elites:
To be perfectly honest, a glossary would solve all of these “clarity” issues. Every time you acquire a new weapon, kill a new type of enemy, find a new resource, etc… an in-game glossary should update and give you access to information that can be readily used to identify things people find unclear.
I remember there was a mod in V2 which gave us a bestiarium. I believe that something like the “Liber Xenologis” would be a really nice way to incorporate it into the game while giving us more insight into the corrupted heretics we are facing in Tertium.
