Issue Description:
Psyker penance “Going out with a bang” would not activate for a friend or I despite killing 3 Dreg Ragers with a perils of the warp explosion

Steps to Reproduce:
[Please add the steps that can help our QA department in reproducing the issue. For example:]

  1. Playing Hab Drayko as Psyker on Malice difficulty
  2. Played the mission all the way to extraction where we could reliably get 3 Dreg Ragers to spawn
  3. Exploded from perils of the warp and verified all 3 ragers were killed
  4. Penance did not complete for me or my friend when both of us tried

  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
