Getting skin pack multiple times

I bought the new pack with all the skins and every time I enter the game I get it again, I’ve already received it approximately 7 times.
I already clicked on receive and it doesn’t stop appearing, every time I enter.
Platform: x box
Gametag: DSG1999 BR
