Hello,
I recently purchased the Skitarii cosmetic bundle on my account. Recently, I bought the Deluxe class bundle on a different account that is connected through Family Share.
I’m currently receiving notifications in-game that I own the Skitarii cosmetic bundle, but the cosmetics do not appear on the account I’m playing on. Because of the Family Share setup and the purchases being made on separate accounts, I’m unsure whether this is intended behavior or an issue with my account.
Could you please advise on how I can access the cosmetics or what steps I should take to resolve this?
