KNOWN ISSUE: Entering Hub Required for Skitarii Deluxe Bundle Content

We are aware of an issue for the Skitarii Deluxe Bundle DLC which requires entering the hub with a Skitarii operative, before the deluxe customizations and content is accessible.

To resolve the issue after purchasing the Skitarii Deluxe Bundle:

  1. Launch Darktide
  2. Proceed to the Mourningstar Hub with any existing operative
  3. Deluxe items and customizations should be granted
  4. Back out to character select and then create a Skitarii operative with deluxe customizations available

If the above does not work, please try:

  1. Launch Darktide
  2. Create a Skitarii operative (deluxe customizations may not be available)
  3. Proceed to the Mourningstar Hub
  4. Deluxe items and customizations should then be granted
  5. Go back to operative selection to create a new Skitarii with deluxe customization options, or visit the Barber Chirurgeon to modify appearance for deluxe customization options

@Tarnishedmax thanks! I’ve checked your account, but no DLC ownership for Skitarii appears to be present. Did you purchase Skitarii Deluxe on a different account perhaps?

The base class would be playable via Family/Library share - however Deluxe edition content is not shareable.

Ah, that would explain the issue, i have the base game on a different account and have had to buy the other DLC classes for it, i didn’t think this would cause issues with the deluxe edition as i have been playing this way for a couple years now and have even bought Aquilas before!, is there anything that can be done? i can prove ownership of both accounts/deluxe edition as i don’t want to refund since i want to keep the class

Ahh yep, that’s why! Unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do regarding the Deluxe content, as there’s no way for this to be shared via Family/Library share and we’re unable to manually add the deluxe content - as the DLC ownership is required for entitlement on an account. Sorry about that.

scrawny but so far i like the space-garrand :wink:

too early to say if ill play him for longer, some inputs seem pretty wonky though and the club is prone to not grant its heavy horizontal pattern every time :man_shrugging:

but thats just some getting used to, after all it’s been a mere hour leveling up today.

ill pause my judgement until lvl 30 and pondering over some full talent tree, haven’t watched a single “guide” before so i can experience the new class at face value with my own impressions and my own conclusions

I get back home tomorrow haven’t bought the DLC yet, and that’s the part that “worries” me a bit.

Skitarii look cool and they are cool in loee, but for how long/many hours are they cooler than my main in Darktide?

Not watching any guide is the way I like to go as well.

I have watched a lot of streams, but that’s just to get an overall feel off the gameplay, personalities and stuff like that.

Hello, I tried all of this, but it still doesn’t appear, even though I get the message I got the cosmetics, and that same message actually appears each time I log in with any character/reject.

@BarkTide we’ve just released a hotfix which should resolve this issue. Can you please let me know if there’s any issue after downloading the update? Thanks!
