Not received the skin in the DLC

I purchased the Arbites Class Deluxe Edition DLC, which is marked as Family Sharing in the Steam store. However, when I played through Family Sharing, the Arbites I created did not receive the skins in the DLC. I have tried multiple times to re-enter the game and recreate the character, but to no avail.

Sorry cmj, it’s my understanding the class can be shared, but not the cosmetics. This is something we need to address on the Steam page.

If you’ve purchased the DLC, and are sharing it to another account expecting it to work, I can assist with refunding it.
