Arbites Deluxe cosmetics can't be redeemed

Hi, I purchased the deluxe arbites edition but when the game loads up, while I get the DLC purchased popup, I then get some red text on the right side that says arbites cosmetics could not be redeemed.

Could you please look into this to see why I’m getting this error and can’t get access to the cosmetics that were included in the deluxe edition?

Hi @The_Nult,

Please check that you are signed into the same account on both the Xbox App and Microsoft Store. I’ve checked your account LeapingPlanet82 and can’t see any transaction or Arbites Deluxe Edition in the purchase history.

Deluxe Edition cosmetics can’t be shared via library sharing services, though the class itself can be. Could you have purchased the deluxe edition on another account?
