Arbites DLC not acknowledged

I tried to hunt the forums for how to fix this but only ever saw notes of it being ‘solved’ with no explanation of how I literally bought this game two days ago via steam and it will not let me use the Arbites that I purchased with it. So I am at a loss for how to fix this

As a note. I verified integrity, restarted steam, restarted my PC, multiple game reboots.

No clue.

As I see on screenshot, you bought cosmetic upgrade for arbites, but not the class itself. There is:
Arbites Class - the class itself
Arbites Class Deluxe Edition - the class with exclusive cosmetics
Arbites Class Cosmetic Upgrade - just the cosmetics which should be bought only if you own base class.
It is confusing… But I guess you can try to refund this dlc.

Looking at that again, yeah - now I catch that. In the store and on the main library screen it lists it as ‘arbites upgrade’ so easy to get confused. So a situation caused by (I hope unintentional) deceptive naming
