issing DLC: "Arbites" bundle gifted via Steam not appearing in-game

Hello Fatshark Support Team,A friend of mine gifted me the “Arbites” bundle via Steam. I have successfully accepted the gift, and Steam clearly shows that the DLC is installed and enabled in my game library properties.However, the DLC is completely missing in-game. The game treats it as if I don’t own the bundle at all.We have already tried all the basic troubleshooting steps, including:Restarting Steam and the game multiple times.Disabling and re-enabling the DLC checkbox in Steam properties.Clearing the Steam download cache.Creating and deleting a temporary character to force a database refresh.Unfortunately, none of this helped. It seems to be a sync issue between Steam and Fatshark servers. Could you please manually verify my license and link the bundle to my in-game account?

That’s the Class DLC’s Cosmetic Upgrade, not the Class DLC itself. It’s an easy mistake to make, but the wrong one was purchased.

^ You have the one in the middle, but you’ll need to purchase the top one in order to actually play the Arbitrator Class.

Side note: Purchasing the bottom one will actually give you all three of these, but you should refund the Class DLC’s Cosmetic Upgrade beforehand if you decide to do so, as you’d otherwise be making a double purchase for the Deluxe Cosmetics. :blush:
