Are cosmetics available across my account?

As the title asks: Are cosmetics limited to the operative they’re earned on, or are they available across my account?

For example, if I buy a bundle for my Ogryn, is my purchase available to any other Ogryns I create, or it is locked to the one I purchased it on?

I just now tested this. I bought an outfit for my 30 psyker, which he wears. I then rolled up a new psyker. She can also equip the outfit at level 1.

They’re account-wide.
